Mô tả công việc
Tóm tắt công việc
- Quản trị hệ thống mạng WAN, LAN tại trụ sở chính và chi nhánh;
- Quản trị hệ thống Firewall, Ảo hóa, Windows, Mail Server, Backup, Video conference, ứng dụng và cơ sở dữ liệu;
- Phát hiện và giải quyết các lỗi phần cứng và phần mềm của WAN, LAN, Server và máy tính người dùng;
- Tư vấn triển khai, bảo trì, khắc phục sự cố hệ thống WAN, LAN, Server, máy tính người dùng;
- Lập tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng liên quan hệ thống CNTT;
- Thực hiện các công tác khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng Bộ phận
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vai trò Helpdesk
- Ngoại ngữ: có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành.
- Thành thạo các phần mềm vi tính chuyên môn và văn phòng;
- Có kỹ năng hoạch định, quản lý tốt, chịu được áp lực công việc cao;
- Năng động, nhiệt tình, có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc;
