- Provides infrastructure technology vision, leadership and standardisation and this in close relation with product head cloud, distributed and Integration:
+ Formalises and writes the vision: executive notes, evangelisation deck, strategy document…
+ Defines Cloud, distributed and integration Product Technology Strategy in support of Group IT strategy
+ Owns and defines the cloud, distributed and integration content of the Group Target Architecture
+ Approves and contributes to end-to-end solution design in collaboration with Product Engineering to provide the overall product architecture, and ensure that its design is consistent with Group Operations standards and good practices
+ Facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing between technical experts in FTEL cloud team

- Defines design patterns
- Create high level design document and guidelines of the Cloud infrastructure and platform. Direct team to detail level design of the cloud infrastructure and platform.
- Manages and contributes to Product Governance & Architecture Community
- Watches market and maintain strategic vendors relationships
- Driving revenue and growing market share in defined territory
- Develop an enterprise account solution strategy at all levels – business units to C-suite
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Migrate customer services all levels to the cloud
- Identification and prioritisation of opportunities in the field. Developing and driving strategies to win opportunities
- Working with Azure/AWS/VMware pre-sales/tech to drive alignment and knowledge of each Cloud solution and technologies to facilitate broad sales growth in assigned region
- Developing and driving strategies to win opportunities
- Build and Manage the partner channels
- Recruit technical and expert teams
- Provide guidance and support to the creation of business and marketing plans

* Basic Qualifications
- Substantial experience with progressive responsibility in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances or solution sales
- Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams with value-led propositions
- Demonstrable experience working with cloud economics: TCO and commercial models, their cost structure and value drivers; make buy analysis
- Extensive experience working with key technologies and trends in the cloud domain: containerisation, hybrid cloud operating models, VMWare, AWS etc.

* Preferred Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in cloud and IT (Telco or large enterprise, International landscape) including high level management of IT Services organization or equivalent
- Must show a strong understanding of today’s computing challenges and trends, mostly at Cloud Infrastructure and IT Technical levels.
- Own well experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives
- Ability of building and managing productive technical relationships with major IT vendors
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural and global environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstrated analytical skills
- Relevant hands-on experience with hybrid cloud solutions (workload-defined private and public clouds)
- Skilled to maintain good rapport and demonstrate leadership and teamwork in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise on building and optimizing applications into a highly available cloud platform
- Meets expectation of FTEL’s functional/technical depth and complexity
