● Work in partnership with product management and development to deliver the desired
experience.
● Build new and unique application interactions based off of existing design framework.
● Take part in brainstorming with design team to produce ideas aligned with top line concepts.
● Work closely with back-end engineers throughout implementation.

Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience building Web applications.
● MUST have 18+ months of experience with ReactJS and Flux/Redux.
● Good understanding of Web Performance Optimization.
● Must have a working knowledge of a CSS framework and/or JavaScript framework
● Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
● Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
● Strong problem solving/code conceptualizing skills and an intuitive nature
● Demonstrated superior visual, user interface, and interaction design skills
● Experience in agile development processes (e.g. Scrum) is a plus.
● Good English verbal and written communication skills.
● Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth startup environment.
