At ACB, it is centralized & consolidated work of building, managing & implementing IT security policies complied with regulations of ACB, SBV, and international organizations (eg. ISO, ITIL, PCI DSS…), checking & monitoring compliance of IT security policy (IT Audit), working with IT audit organization, SBV (eg. IT Bureau, Information Communication Department..) so that the usage and exploitation of IT system will be safe and effective, risks will be minimized which all helps to assure consistent and high productive business of the bank.

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that our IT operations and business follow all relevant legal and internal rules. You will also review employees work and provide advice on compliance.

To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions. You should be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards. If you also have a sharp business acumen, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement an effective IT compliance program
Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
Build or collaborate with other teams to build and issue regulations & policies of IT.
Join and build securities awareness program at ACB.
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
Report to Head of Compliance

2+ years of experience in Compliance or IT Audit
Have knowledge on IT GRC (governance, policy and compliance)
Understand standards of IT management (PCI DSS, ISO 27000, NIST CSF …).
Have basic knowledge of financial banking law
Good communication/teamwork skills
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Information Security or equivalent years of work experience.
Industry certifications related to IT GRC (governance, regulation and compliance) such as CISA, CISSP
Experience of composing & issuing documents; working with law & financial banking document.
Have knowledge on SBV audit (Circular 18, Circular 35)
Start-up experience a plus
