Binkabi is a global, award-winning Fintech start-up with headquarter in London and development team in Hanoi. We are developing and scaling a platform for supply chain trading and financing. Our solutions are being deployed in multiple countries around the world.
As a tech team lead, you will join our multinational team to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions to the real world. You will manage our tech team in Hanoi to build and scale our product. We are looking for a team player with excellent coding, system architect, scalability and management skills as well a yearning for new technology. You will be an ideal addition to our team if you are not afraid of challenges and is willing to do what it takes to deliver meaningful Fintech solutions to the world.

Your Responsibilities:

- Design system architecture
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of projects;
- Design, develop, review, implement, scale and manage continuous integration, systems, and any code as required;
- Understand and work with the needs of our international partners deploy our solutions to public Ethereum or Quorum;
- Translate business logics in commodity trading and financing covering Financial Services, Supply Chain and Logistics into technical solutions, architecture and build - specifications.

* An ideal candidates must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience related fields;
- Experience in managing team to build a product from beginning to end
- Experience of building a enterprise level product (scalable)
- Expertise in ReactJS, Javascript, NodeJS, TypeScript, Database (mySQL);
- Experience in Web3js or Smart Contracts experience (Solidity);
- Solid experience of building and implementing API;
- Experience in cross-functioning project management;
- Experience of building enterprise-level software to a decent sized user base;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields;
- Experience in banking/finance industry (preferred).
