Agile experts, you empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement. Encourage rapid and flexible response to change ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and return on Investment. Serve as functional expert for projects. Complete project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliance guidelines missions and responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a multi-location team of 8-12 people in an Agile mode
- Responsible for delivering the scope on quality, time and budget
- Manage change of the project scope or schedule
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
- Responsible to arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team, facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings
- Support product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint; capable to be a substitute of the product owner or tester
- Participate in backend development, facilitate problem solving in the team
- Acts as safeguard for his team

Your Skills and Experience
- Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in software development or IT
- Prefer having 3 years of software development experience with java
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Excellent leadership skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works
- Strong ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time and quality
- Good people management, project management, organization, negotiation and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices, other Agile methodology
- Good Knowledge about burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, backlog tracking, tasks etc.
- Good knowledge of software development processes and standards; capability to understand his team needs
- Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Good knowledge in business requirements analysis, solution and technical design
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking, capability to figure out the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to provide a good workload / resolution time estimation
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate changes to commitments / requirements
- Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
- Hand-on experience with java development, AWS technologies
