Blueship Co., Ltd provide IT service management, especially knowledge and experience on configuration management and release management with in-house trinity product. Also, we are partnership with ServiceNow to expand IT solution for customers. Blueship is seeking a skilled candidate to implement and consult ServiceNow to our clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to develop the technical solutions, implement and perform testing for ServiceNow integration.
- Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. Create and manage scripts workflow.
- Understand standard ServiceNow processes, and customer business process, so that provide to customer customize solution of ServiceNow. Understand the large scale thinking and approached needed for success of the project.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
- The ideal candidates will understand configuration management principles - who perform necessary tasks to design and develop configurations and customizations for component discovery.
- self-organized and analytical to work directly with customer. Also, able to work as productive member in project team.

Your Skills and Experience
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
- Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills. Japanese N3 at least, prefer candidate who has experience working in Japan OR good communication in English
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML.
- Experience with Webservice: SOAP/RESTful.
- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
- A fundamental understanding of infrastructure.
- A fundamental understanding of security.
- A fundamental understanding of cloud.
Nice to have:
You will be trained about ServiceNow after join to Blueship
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with Rhino Javascript engine
- Scripted Web-Services, Business Rules, SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
- Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools
- Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
- Experience in Java.
- Experience in Cloud.
