Job Description
As an Interaction/Motion Designer, you will be filling the role of a behavioral scientist in a design environment. Your primary mission will be to understand our business needs and product requirements and transform that understanding into user-focused and intuitive products, interfaces, prototype.
- Collaborates with Director/Manager and other stakeholders to understand the needs and goals
- Passion for creating Motion Graphic videos, 2D, Walk through, Solution Demos,
- Corporate Presentations, Character Animation videos & Interactive Digital Presentations.
- Creating rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
- Highly detailed communication of design principles + direction, as well as design specifications to engineers
- Strategize design solutions to meet and exceed strategic objectives

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduated in graphic design, digital design, or other related course of study
- At least 2 years of experience working with video and graphics for digital communications
- Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe After Effects
- Improving usability, user experience and driving user adoption and engagement
- Ability to quickly communicate design ideas by sketching and/or wireframing
- Creates interactive prototypes that demonstrate high-level workflow and/or specific UI interactions as needed
- Stays abreast of industry trends and best practice for design
- Team work or work independently when necessary
