So what is a Software Support Engineer?
Using your natural problem-solving capabilities, you will provide phone and email based technical support to corporate customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.
We don’t expect you to know everything about our clients software solutions instantly, but we’ll get you started with a comprehensive six week induction training program to ensure you deliver extraordinary customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients who are experiencing technical support problems.
• Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support
• Ensure constant self-development using day to day work, web-based training, and any other available tools

Who we’re looking for?
Education level:
Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications, FRESHERS are welcomed
Have CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/ MCSA/ ITIL is an advantage)
Fair English communication skills in both speaking and writing
• Working experience:
Have experience Network Engineer/ Network Administrator or Technical support is a plus
Experienced with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tool.
Have experience in Domain/ Virus/ SCCM system is an advantage.
Have experience in working with foreigners or enterprise customers is an advantage.
• Job skills:
Install and configure network/ Windows equipment (Linux is an advantage)
Co-operate with vendors to fix network troubles, implement new network system…
• Soft skills:
Hardworking and willing to learn new things.
Have problem-solving skill and customer oriented
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
Flexible working time: can work in shift/over time/at weekend/on holidays.
