We are looking for Talented Data Engineer (A-Players) who will help us build a data center and collaborate with the AI team to apply machine learning algorithms to improve recommender system.
A-Players that we looking for match with culture of tech team and have aptitude of learning new things. They must have strong, firsthand technical expertise in data manipulation & storage technologies and ability to fashion robust scalable solutions. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision and embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build optimal, scalable architectural data warehouse solutions, store and process data based on Hiip’s software stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL
- Implement services follow modular programming and clean code principles
- Responsibility for database architect testing for scalability and performance
- Work independently and part of teams to develop solutions that optimize product development process with Scrum

Your Skills and Experience
Technical requirement
- Experience with architectural patterns, design data pipeline for high availability, performance, scale-out architecture. Experience working with data processing like Sparks / Hadoop and at least 1,5 years working with message queues
- At least 2 years experience of databases (SQL/ NoSQL), and the ability to make choices among among available technology based on requirements. Having experience using MongoDB is a plus.
- At least 1,5 years of experience of design, deploying on AWS Cloud
- At least 2 years of experience coding in one or more languages like Python and developing Rest API
- Experience with product development. Knowledge of Scrum is a plus
