OLLI is looking for AI Researcher.
Responsibilities:
- Drive research and development of advanced conversational AI technologies for the Vietnamese language.
- Contributing to the current solutions at least one of these problems: speech recognition, NLP, and TTS
- Utilize research knowledge to develop and deploy scalable neural network models into production.
- Plan and design research projects: specifying the problem and defining the project scope with a realistic timeline.
- Frequently review relevant Machine Learning papers to keep up to date with new ideas/methods.
- Lead and mentor junior researchers in the team.

Your Skills and Experience
Minimum requirements:
- A solid foundation on machine learning and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits such as TensorFlow, Torch or Keras.
- Experience in Python (preferred) and/or C++.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- B.Sc degree in computer science or related fields
Preffered experience:
- Experience with SOTA models (Resnet, VGG, Transformer, BERT, Tacotron, DeepSpeech)
- Hands-on experience with common AI tasks: Classification, Intent Detection & Slot Filling, Named Entity Recognition.
- Experience with developing and training Vietnamese NLP neural network models.
- PhD or Master degree in the relevant fields.
