Diverse product selection from thriving e-commerce seller community will help us achieve this vision. Whether you sell on Facebook via interactive one by one engagement, or you are a seasoned online seller or even you are just a small shop selling fashion offline. We want you to sell on Tiki. We want you to grow your business as we grow.

Seller business in Vietnam is unique. The diversity of sellers and social savvy consumers presents an interesting mix to innovate - from Facebook or Whatsapp style interactive commerce ti live streaming. Yet driving selection and 3P growth is fundamental to any sustainable e-commerce business - so it is at Tiki. This is one of the most important area we will invest in for next 2 years.

Thus we are looking for a deep experienced, hands on and creative product leader. You will work with some of our best engineering and business teams to build out the seller product. You will manage a small team of junior product managers. You will recruit nest of product talent in SE Asia and Vietnam. You will get to move fast, build products from scratch, build out a team and make THE strategic decisions that moves the market and the company itself. This is a high impact role. Some of the questions leader in this role obsesses about are:

How do I create a self service and very easy to use experience to get seller listings?

How do I bring massive cross-border selection in to Tiki platform in innovative way - translation, scrapping?

How do I launch a game changing product - a store created from your inventory in 1-click on Tiki! how do we get masses to sell on Tiki?

How do I preserve trust of Tiki customers by managing fraud and poor listings/sellers?

How do I leverage technology, smart merchandising to grow our sellers?

- 8+ years of prior experience in a product company
- 5+ years of prior product management experience in an internet based company,
- Demonstrated shipping experience in e-commerce or marketplace business preferred
- A bachelor's degree or masters degree in a numerically inclined discipline such Computer Science, Economics, Physics or Mathematics.
- MBA degree from premier institute / prior startup experience will be preferred
- Prior software development experience will be preferred
