Position: IT Demand Project Manager
Location: Phu Nu Building, District 2, Hochiminh City

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify IT needs of projects and collaborates with Project manager on project related business specifications
- Identify functional experts in IT and connect them with project in order to deliver solutions
- Ensures alignment of all IT related activities on the project
- Together with Project managers prepares all testing activities needed for IT solution of the project
- Communicate with IT departments in order to ensure IT related project deliverables
- Communicate with EmbedIT (Group IT/EIT) in order to ensure Central backlog (CBL) deliverable from EIT on time and in desired quality and scope
- Prepare documentation for EIT (related to the project’s IT needs) , such as A4 and communicate with EIT till all content approved.
- Participates in regular project meetings - functions as IT SPOC (Single point of contact).
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Vietnamese (oral and written)
- 3yrs+ experience in managing changes (projects) in IT
- Have the knowledge of most business processes and information systems in the company
- PM methodology/principles
