- Acting as a bridge between the business and IT
- Understanding and analysing business problems needs, goals, risks and objectives
- Translating business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical requirements to include business processes, workflow diagrams, use cases along with requirements of user experience, system access, security, mobility, data integration, UI integration, data entry and reporting
- Working on projects managed in both traditional and agile driven methodologies
- Managing the product backlog and writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Facilitating workshops, risk assessments, focus groups and meetings with project stakeholders, user groups, product owners and other subject matter experts to elicit, gather, analyse and document requirements
- Documenting best practices, business processes, requirements, technical documentation, system guides and release notes
- Participating in the design of system and application architectures
- Participating in testing activities, reviewing test cases and test results, organising reviews, tracking feedback and facilitating UAT
- Scoping and prioritising development activities based on systems, available resources, business goals, and end-user impact
- Supporting product owners through Scrum activities
- Playing the role of product owner when required.

Your Skills and Experience
- University Degree Qualified in a Tech or Business field
- 2+ years’ experience working as a Tech BA or 4+ years’ experience working as a QA in System Integration Testing
- IELTS 7.0 would be beneficial
- Experience working in the payments and/or financial services industries is advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile driven environments with working knowledge of agile tools (JIRA/Confluence)
- Superior ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Highly developed technical capabilities and understanding of the systems landscape and intended architecture including potential impacts on the business and solution design implications
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, data flow diagrams
- Excellent understanding and demonstrated experience of end-to-end testing
- Outstanding presentation, communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences at any level
- Ability to effectively manage changing scope through Agile delivery
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated progress management and planning skills
- Excellent English skills in writing, reading, speaking and listening
- Adaptable, fast learner and proactive
- Displaying a product mind set would be a big advantage.
