Main functions
1. Lead the implementation of significant front-end features.
2. Commit collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product.
Job responsibilities
1.
- Work closely with Application Manager, CEO, and other related departments to better understand requirements and user experience.
- Create modern, high performance with Java, ReactJS, Redux...
2.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device performance, compatibility, and responsiveness.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Use experience, industry knowledge, and best practices to develop world-class applications.
3.
- Support back-end development and troubleshooting.
- Ensure committed project deadlines are met with high quality.
4.
- Able to lead team, communicate, and coordinate with other departments.
- Handle reports related to the field.
5.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Keep abreast of the latest development techniques and security practices.
6. Handle other tasks as required.

Your Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
2. Able to lead team with SCRUM WORK methodology, support, and guide team about tech.
3. Experience with Bootstrap.
4. Have strong fundamental knowledge and skills in modern Java Script (ES6).
5. Experience with Java and React.js.
6. Experience with responsive design and front-end optimization techniques.
7. Experience with cross-browser development and testing practices.
8. Have a deep understanding of how to build high-performing software and practical experience with performance analysis and testing.
9. Expertise in building a single page application including front-end routing, 2-way data binding, client-side rendering, and JSON-based RESTful APIs.
10. Have knowledge in unit testing (Jest, Karma...).
11. Have practical knowledge in website optimization techniques and fast page load times.
12. Have a highly team-oriented attitude.
13. Able to work independently with minimal directions.
14. Have strong willingness to learn and develop, and eagerness to take on new responsibilities.
15. Having experience in modern CSS tools like SASS, LESS, Bower, Yeoman, Npm is a plus.
16. Passionate in building a great UI/UX app.
17. Having experience in Google Map API is a big plus.
