WHAT YOU’RE IN CHARGE?
The Technical Architect will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, conceptual design, project estimation, detailed design, software construction and deployment.
The Technical Architect will also facilitate and lead the core development process as well as ensure proper interaction with existing or new technology.
And Having Good Mindset for Development schedule/Quality/Self-Study.
Job Contents
- Responsible for Development & Testing, focused on developing technical backlog (more critical functionalities and architecture mechanisms).
- Executes one task at a time (serialized) well to one requester and is followed up by an architect whose seniority level is higher.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive development environment.
- Responsible for deploying applications in different environments.
- Responsible for Technical Grooming & Design with good practices as well as processes.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance with good process, practices and analysis tools.
- Effectively answers technical questions and trains professionals of his/her team on their day-to-day project tasks on a timely basis for each individual case.
- Responsible for Architecture Definition by applying predefined architecture standards (Reference Architectures or agreed architectures) under follow-up.
- Responsible for Architecture Validation by using and applying architecture validation tools and solutions based on the architecture validation process.
- Responsible for Architecture Evaluation by using Architecture Evaluation process, tools and practices.
- Responsible for Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. Performance, Security, Reliability, Maintainability...)
- Clearly communicates architectural standards to his/her team.
- Assists leaders to define a Technical Backlog.
- Responsible for defining Roadmap and Risk Management.
- Responsible for being committed to the results to be delivered by his/her team and assists his/her teams in achieving such results.
- Takes on challenges related to his/her project/process by deeming them to be personal challenges, feeling to be their owner.
- Responsible for objectively and effectively communicating with his/her counterparts, leaders, and team members
- Responsible for providing his/her team with feedback in their work.
- Responsible for promptly adapting to new scenarios by demonstrating calmness and confidence.

Your Skills and Experience
WHAT WE’RE SEARCHING?
- Have high-level of knowledge, masters programming language resources, and have great knowledge of fundamental frameworks for his/her platform (E.g. Web: .NET/.NET Core, API and Front-end; or App: iOS, Android, Xamarin technologies).
- Very good at coding (the code is well documented and compliant with good practices) and testing (Unit Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Automation Regression Test.
- Have knowledge of practices, tools and technologies to build a comprehensive development environment (including developer machines, development servers, builds and CI)
- Able to deploy applications (whether in development or production environments) by following predefined procedures/scripts.
- Have knowledge of Technical Grooming & Design good practices as well as processes.
- Have knowledge of the process and good practices for Quality Assurance.
- Have knowledge and skills in applying tools to perform static analysis of the quality of source code (Example: SonarQube).
- Have knowledge and skills in applying predefined architecture standards (Reference Architectures or agreed architectures) under follow-up.
- Able to use and apply architecture validation tools and solutions. Have knowledge of the architecture validation process.
- Have knowledge of the Architecture Evaluation process, tools and practices.
- Have knowledge of non-functional requirements and their practices for identification and collection.
- Have knowledge of tools to define Roadmap and Risk Management. Have know-how and skills to map his/her team technical knowledge.
- Good understanding of databases security and performance tuning.
- Good experience on working at least one clouds platform ( AWS or GCP). Azure (Azure Data Lake is plus)
- Strong problem-solving skill.
- Have ability to handle stressful situations.
- Familiar with working in Agile environment.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
