Responsibilities
- Communication with Head Office
- Managing tasks of Testers
- Training Testers with tasks
- Writing test plans (anticipating test volumes, scheduling)
- Leading tests in which many people engage
- Testing new contents with high complexity and difficulties
- Verifying contents related to balance / growth of characters and economy of games
- Gathering, inspecting, reporting test results
- Handling live emergency situations occurred in game servers
- Reviewing and reading post-mortem

- Above the intermediate level of English
