FUJITSU is ranked No.1 ICT company in Japan. Also, we are expanding our business into global fields. We are looking for the talented students who can promote FUJITSU globally and become the preferred ICT company outside Japan as well.

1. The purpose of the internship

To make sure that there is NO MISSMATCH between the job applicant and FUJITSU from early stages, we have decided to adopt the internship program as a recruiting scheme. We encourage everyone who is interested in working in FUJITSU Japan to join our internship, as we believe it will be a great opportunity to experience Japan and the work environment of FUJITSU. During the internship, the interns will be able to discover Fujitsu, our DNA, meet our employee and have a hands-on working experiences. Based on this experience, both the intern and the company shall be able to learn about each other, and take an unbiased decision about the permanent recruiting.

2. The schedule of the internship

- Please prepare for your CV (Free Format）and application form（Fixed format) for applying to our internship. If you are ready, submit the two documents by email.
- Application Deadline : January 31st, 2020
- Interview with HR : check your ambition to join our internship and work for Fujitsu
- Interview with departments : check your skills and try to match with your interest.
- Joining our internship program in Japan for about 5 weeks. The starting date and the duration of the internship will be decided based on the availability of both the applicant and the department. (1st batch: June 9th, 2020 –July 9th, 2020 / 2nd batch: September 15th , 2020 –October 15th, 2020 )
- We will give the opportunity to apply for a permanent job recruiting interview for all the interns, if they find FUJITSU as a viable choice for their career. The interview will take place during the internship (onsite) or after the internship (online). The results of the permanent position interviews will be shortly given after the internship ends.

3. What we offer for the internship students

- Transportation: We will cover the round trip air tickets to Japan, and any other transportation expenses that will occur during the internship (e.g. Commuting expenses, business trip expenses, etc.)
- Accommodation: We will provide free of charge accommodation in one of our employee’s dormitories.
- Daily Allowance: We will provide a daily allowance of 3,000 Japanese yen to cover the breakfast, lunch and dinner expenses. This allowance is to be provided only for the working days.
- Others: During the internship, the interns will be provided with a portable Wi-Fi ( to communicate with the family or with the university) and a mobile phone for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.

We are seeking for the students who have…
1. Engineer background : Practical engineer experiences by participating in other internship before. Programing skills (C/C++, Java, Python,...), or digital technology such as cyber security, AI, etc.

2. Strong wish to work in Japan as a permanent employee in the future.

We don’t judge your Japanese skill at all. Just bring your enthusiasm and desire to tackle new challenge to work in. We are looking forward to seeing you in Japan in the future!
