• Building up and leading the Testing team to the success of project
• Be in charge of testing resource, training and mentoring. Planning and managing the testing efforts for any given engagement
• Work directly with product team members to understand business requirements, functional requirements and other product considerations, and weave in a comprehensive test plan
• Define the scope of testing within the context of each delivery
• Work alongside the development team and other stakeholders to ensure all requirements have been tested, test artifacts/defects have been documented and issues identified during the testing process have been resolved
• Manage testing progress, ensure test reporting is complete and aligns with requirements
• Communicate effectively the daily status and process information to other team members and customers as necessary

• 3+ year experience in relevant field, leader experience is required.
• Knowledge of industry standard best practices as related to software testing
• Excellent problem solving, project and time management skills a must
• Highly responsible and have the desire for delivering excellence in product quality and reliability
• Must be extremely detail-oriented in regards to verbal and written documentation and communication
• Fluent in English
• A willingness to share knowledge and skills with developers; supporting them as they adopt new testing methods and approaches
• Having a good banking domain knowledge and agile experience is an advantage
