Tóm tắt công việc
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với các bên liên quan để thu thập, phân tích, tư vấn và đưa ra các giải pháp đề xuất để tối ưu hoá quy trình và tính năng để giải quyết các vấn đề của nghiệp vụ.
- Làm việc sát sao với các đơn vị nghiệp vụ để tổng hợp các yêu cầu và xây đựng các tài liệu đặc tả nghiệp vụ (functional specification) làm nền tảng phát triển hệ thống.
- Làm việc với đội ngũ phát triển ứng dụng, đối tác thứ ba và các bên liên quan để xây dựng và triển khai giải pháp cho các yêu cầu phát triển mới hoặc thay đổi.
- Tham gia phân tích, xây dựng các yêu cầu tích hợp hệ thống phần mềm.
- Xây dựng các kế hoạch, kịch bản kiểm thử để kiểm tra quá trình thực hiện giải pháp, yêu cầu thay đổi.
- Lập kế hoạch triển khai giải pháp, các yêu cầu thay đổi lên các môi trường CNTT phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Quản lý sự thay đổi của yêu cầu. Vì bản chất của kinh doanh là luôn thay đổi, vì vậy sẽ có những yêu cầu theo thời gian phải được cập nhật/ cải tiến.
- Tham gia các dự án chiến lược của Công ty dưới sự phân công.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Nam/Nữ. Từ 25 tuổi trở lên. Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, phần mềm, hoặc các ngành có liên quan. Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phân tích nghiệp vụ kinh doanh và thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất phần mềm, thương mại điện tử, kinh doanh bất động sản.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Agile
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ MS Viso, Astah, Axure hoặc tương tự, các biểu đồ UML.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng JIRA/Trello và theo dõi tiến độ sản phẩm dựa trên mô hình Scrum/Kanban.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Agile.
- Có kiến thức về BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge).
- Có khả năng hiểu và trình bày những yêu cầu kinh doanh và yêu cầu người dùng, khả năng xây dựng được kế hoạch ngắn hạn và dài hạn.
- Có khả năng tiếp cận và nhận định được kiến thức về các xu hướng công nghệ gần/mới nhất phù hợp với lĩnh vực kinh doanh của Doanh nghiệp.
