- Tham gia rà soát và phân tích các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ để hiểu về mục tiêu của dự án, cung cấp các thông tin đầu vào làm cơ sở để kiểm thử và dự kiến về các hoạt động kiểm thử cần có.
- Tham gia vào các buổi hợp với đối tác đảm bảo đối tác có thể chuyển giao sản phẩm một cách hiệu quả nhất.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm thử, và kế hoạch kiểm thử.
- Hỗ trợ về việc lên kế hoạch, xây dựng và kiểm soát các môi trường kiểm thử.
- Xây dựng các kịch bản kiểm thử và ưu tiên các hoạt động kiểm thử
- Triển khai các kịch bản kiểm thử, kiểm thử về hiệu năng vận hành và báo cáo về các lỗi phát sinh, định nghịa mức độ ưu tiên của mỗi lỗi.
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo liên quan đến việc kiểm thử phần mềm.
- Đảm bảo việc kiểm thử được thực hiện tuân thủ theo các chuẩn và thủ tục kiểm thử.
- Chuyển giao kiến thức, kiểm soát hiệu quả làm việc của nhóm, và cung cấp các phản hồi cho nhóm
- Kiểm soát và đào tạo các thành viên QC làm việc trong dự án

Your Skills and Experience
- Nam/Nữ. Từ 28 tuổi trở lên.Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành khoa học máy tính. Có ít nhất 6 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, 3 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm
- Có kiến thức kiểm thử phần mềm và kinh nghiệm kiểm thử tự động, kiểm thử hiệu năng và kiểm thử bảo mật.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển phần mềm theo phương pháp CMMI, Agile, hoặc Scrum.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm các dự án start-up
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và có thể giải quyết các thay đổi của dự án
- Chú trọng đến tiểu tiết
- Có khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
- Có tinh thần chủ động làm việc với các thành viên trong nhóm
- Có khả năng quản lý 3-5 thành viên
