Tóm tắt công việc
- Viết kế hoạch kiểm thử, các trường hợp cần kiểm thử, kịch bản kiểm thử dựa trên yêu cầu hệ thống.
- Ước lượng thời gian test, theo dõi tiến độ test, xây dựng các bản số liệu để đo lường chất lượng (test metric), đánh giá chất lượng của bản build, release.
- Tìm kiếm các lỗi quan trọng của hệ thống, viết báo cáo lỗi mô tả chính xác để các bên liên quan có thể tái hiện lại lỗi một cách dễ dàng và tiết kiệm thời gian nhất.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng của sản phẩm bằng việc tìm ra những vấn đề cần cải thiện liên quan đến sản phẩm, đưa ra những đề nghị , cải tiến hướng đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Đào tạo và huấn luyện các lập trình viên để viết các kiểm thử tự động một cách hiệu quả với chất lượng cao bao gồm unit tests, integration tests, contract tests và end-2-end tests.
- Tham gia trong việc thiết lập môi trường để kiểm thử, viết và thực thi các kịch bản kiểm thử tự động.
- Tham gia trong việc xây dựng các yêu cầu phần mềm, các đặc tả và các thiết kế UI/UX.
- Nghiên cứu các phương pháp kiểm thử hiệu quả và đề xuất phương pháp thích hợp cho từng nhu cầu cụ thể.

Your Skills and Experience
- Nam/Nữ. Từ 25 tuổi trở lên.Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT. Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kiểm thử phần mềm thủ công.
- Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp, đọc, viết tốt
- Có kinh nghiệm áp dụng các kỹ thuật kiểm thử phần mềm như giá trị vùng biên, phân vùng tương đương, bảng quyết định, use case, ad-hoc, force-error,v.v
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghệm sử dụng các công cụ kiểm thử như Selenium, Protractor, TestRail, TestCompletr, Postman, Jmeter,...; và các frameworks như Cucumber, Serenity, Robot Frameworks, ...
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm thực hiện kiểm tra API thủ công là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về các loại test như Test sơ bộ (Smoke Test), Test hồi quy( Regression Test), Test chức năng, Test tích hợp (Integration Testing), Test hệ thống (System Testing), Test chức năng (Functional Testing) và các loại test ngoài chức năng (Non-functional Testing như test tính dễ sử dụng(Usability Testing), Test khả năng tải của hệ thống (Load Testing), Test hiệu suất ( Performance Testing).
- Có kiến thức về SOA, Microservices.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công cụ hỗ trợ cho quy trình phát triển phần mềm (software development lifecycle) như Github, Bitbucket, Gitflow, Jenkins, Travis CI, JIRA Agile, …
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm, tư duy mở, cam kết lâu dài, và năng động.
