We’re looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist who is excited to help secure all aspects of our service; To solve money-related issues of all individuals and businesses. In this position, you’ll work within a multi-disciplined team to guide security operations and risk management activities.

• Review and update policies, standards, procedures, and provide training as needed to internal audience
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and conduct audit and risk assessments
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement security controls
• Monitor data loss prevention tools to proactively identify insider risk issues
• Review and analyze reports from various information security tools, including vulnerability scanners, endpoint security, and cloud servers
• Provide periodic reports to management and key stakeholders
• Lead efforts to gain various industry certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Privacy Mark)
• Schedule and manage periodic compliance gap assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and alignment to leading industry frameworks.
• Facilitate the process to perform third-party & customer security and follow up on action items
• Evaluate security risks and their impact to the Money Forward Vietnam applications and infrastructure
• Continuously improve processes through automation and creation of tools
• Produce vulnerability, configuration, and coverage metrics and reporting to demonstrate assessment coverage and remediation effectiveness
• Perform general administrative tasks as required by security team members
• Educate and advocate for security improvement throughout the Money Forward Vietnam ecosystem
• Support the development and delivery of Security, Privacy, Risk Management & Compliance training and awareness activities.
• Monitor current and proposed laws, regulations, industry standards and ethical requirements related to security risk, privacy, and information security.
