As Head of Data Analyst you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Designing appropriate databases for the company’s use
- Building systems for storing and organising our data
- Interrogating the data to glean insights that help with corporate decision making
- Using appropriate database tools like SQL
- Building and refining a pricing algorithm based on data from previous journeys
- Identifying locations where supply of drivers is low to help target driver sign-up campaigns
- Leading company policy for data gathering, storage and utilisation
- Coming up with creative ideas to use our data to gain a competitive advantage
- Keeping to deadlines and delivering consistently good work
- Recruiting, supporting, and training other team members in areas where you have more expertise
- Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance

Your Skills and Experience
- A relevant university degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in data analyst/data science
- Management experience
- Strong analytical reasoning skills
- The ability to keep your work clear and organised
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment
- English language to a good standard
