We are in search of a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst or Associate Product Manager who is
readily to take their career to the next level in an international fast-growing company. We are seeking ones
who will join our active product team that focuses on highly impact, platform-wide initiatives via a suite of
proprietary solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with Stakeholders and Product Managers to gather and crystallize requirements.
• Build and maintain a detailed backlog of epics, user stories, test cases with comprehensive acceptance criteria to turn business requirements into actionable development specifications.
• Define features and product enhancements that meet business objectives and problems that target users are faced with.
• Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity.
• Wireframe features to convey high-level interactions, user journeys and information architecture requirements to designers and engineers.
• Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter.
• Be familiar with operating financial services to manage transaction between many parties, reconciliation, activate /deactivate accounts, keep eye on distributing financial products on different network.
• Analyse and interpret data and reports. Resolve problems with data analysis services and reporting services
• Draft guideline , training Docs and draw chart for operation process, review and revision of quality documents;
• Work with others (IT, PM, BA) in the development of data warehouses and other data sources to support managerial and business intelligence reporting needs or develop / improve functions.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Required competencies and skills
Must-to-have skills:
• Background in banking, financial service or fintech (e-wallet, etc…)
• Having joined tech product from scractch
• Ability in analyzing the business process and creating business process flow diagrams.
• Ability in completion by through functional requirements models like use cases and wireframes.
• Ability in project management under time constraint
• Good at English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal communications)
• Excellent on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power-point, visio, drawio, photo-shop, Outlook, and Internet, CMS etc…

Be an Advantage but not a Must:
• Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
• Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing
• Knowledge of Vietnam banking industry (especially in consumer finance or SME loan) and macroeconomy environment
• Knowledge in using Jira, Product Plan, Visio and Basamiq

Relevant Work Experience
From 3 years and above experience in:
• Managing business analysts or project managers
• Working against project deadlines within a matrixed organization
• Hands-on experience with technical details
• Working in large, global teams
