As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and building applications for the Android platform
- Ensuring the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborating with the team to define, design and ship new features
- Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs
- Helping maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization
- Collaborating with the POs to help drive new features based on your technical knowledge and passion for mobile development
- Participating in facilitation, analysis and creating prototypes etc.
- Owning a particular solution offering
- Providing technical and project scoping and enabling successful project delivery within timelines and budget

Your Skills and Experience
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- A positive, can-do attitude, who naturally expresses a high degree of empathy to others.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. We are more interested in passion for technology and what you are capable of, than we are academic qualification.
- Be nice, respectful, able to work with team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in Android development;
- Strong command of the Android framework, tool set and popular third-party libraries.
- Appetite for writing apps from scratch in Kotlin; Kotlin skills are desirable;
- Web development troubleshooting tools experience and/or mobile troubleshooting tools (Android ADB Logcat etc.) highly desirable Android UI / Graphics / Animation / OpenGL ES;
- Experience in general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Deep Familiarity with Android’s testing tools and judgment to write concise, effective unit tests;
- Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Flutter or other mobile development framework (React Native, Ionic, Xamarin) is a big plus
