Digital banking is becoming an inevitable trend that many bank are aiming to develop. The programming design and operation of technology make each bank's operation become more optimal and faster. Operating the internal banking application system is not a simple task so SCB is looking for a talented team of programmers:
- Join the IT groups to design, program and develop internal banking application systems
- Join in many IT projects
- Coordinate the development of test plans, test deployment and official deployment of software / applications
- Develop technical documentation for software / applications in the bank
- Support operating, troubleshooting and improving existing applications and programs
- Coordinate with suppliers in transferring, receiving and operating software / application systems
- Research new programming techniques, new technologies in software engineering to apply on products, services or banking operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
1. Related knowledge / expertise:
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, .Net
- At least 1 year experience in Spring MVC, ORM web programming: Hibernate, JPA
- Experience in working with ORACLE relational databases, MS SQL Server
- Having knowledge of application deployment on web server: Weblogic, Apache Tomcat is advantage
- Experience in working on Integrated Shaft (ESB) system, API management system is an advantage
2. Level: University Degree related to Information Technology
3. Skill:
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good thinking ability
- Foreign language: English (can read specialized materials and communicate)

Saigon Commercial Bank, in the top five of leading joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam.
On 26th December 2011, The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam officially issued the license No. 238/GP-NHNN for establishment and operation of the Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB) on the basis of consolidating of the three (03) banks: Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB), First Joint Stock Commercial Bank (Ficombank), and VietNam Tin Nghia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TinNghiaBank). Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (the consolidated bank) officially operated since 1st January 2012.
This was a turning point the development history of the three banks, marked the change on the total asset value, the outstanding development in technology, the nation-wide network and the professional knowledge of the employees.
On the basis of succeeding to all inherent strengths of the three banks, the consolidated Bank has at once gained advantages in the banking sector and now is in the top five of leading joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam with the charter capital of VND 10,584 billion, the total assets of about VND 154,000 billion, total mobilized funds from credit institutions, corporates and individuals of over VND 110,000 billion. The before-tax profit reached more than VND 1,300 billion. The operation network of 230 banking outlets nation-wide. These strengths will help customers doing transactions at SCB most comfortably and economically.
