Tóm tắt công việc
• Perform day to day operation of Skype for Business environment which includes incident, change, performance management
• Monitor availability and correct functioning of Skype for Business, as well as, utilization and planning for server systems capacity upgrades
• Follow up in diagnosing and resolving any system problems
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting of system infrastructures
• Planning, coordinating and performing the maintenance, upgrades, patches and roll outs activities with customers in SfB
• Involving and supporting for migration project ( MS Teams )
• ITIL based Incident Management, Asset and Configuration management in Ticketing tool
Yêu cầu công việc
• Work experience in an enterprise environments to implement and administer Skype for Business
• Understanding and knowledge on Skype for Business architecture, High Availability (HA)
• Knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange & integration with Skype for Business
• Knowledge on Telephony systems, PBX, PSTN connectivity
• Should have an understanding of ITIL concepts
• Knowledge on the working for SBC, SBA, Director Server, IPPBX, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancers will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on MS 365, MS Teams will be an advantage
• Good communication skills in English

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
