CIO is to lead the information technology function of the organization to deliver all technology related capabilities, products and services required to achieve stable IT operations, and long-term business success
Your Responsibilities:
IT Strategy
• Set the vision, mission and strategy of the organization
• Steer alignment of IT strategy with group IT strategy, company strategy and business function demand
• Ensure delivery of all technology capabilities required to implement the strategy
Business relationship management (Quản trị các mối tương quan trong doanh nghiệp)
• Establish effective business/IT governance and acts as a trusted advisor for executive management to understand business needs and shape the digital agenda.
• Optimization of organization and process structures for IT service delivery
Technology management
• Establish state-of-the art architecture and platforms to enable digital manufacturing
• Ensuring IT architectures that support the business, in particular ERP and other applications such as Property Management System, Maintenance System.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems and programs, including management of: architecture, cyber security risk, business resilience, data, sourcing and ecosystems
• Procurement and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure
Financial planning & accountability
• Financial planning for an optimal IT budget use and active cost control
• Controlling for the active and targeted control of the IT (cost transparency)
• Planning and monitoring of an IT portfolio which is agreed with the business units
• Protection of information, data and services according to business value
• Optimization of the IT actual output ratio in cooperation with service providers
People management
• Leadership of the direct employees: recruitment, assignment, working time, quality, target agreements, development/promotion, ensuring medium-term skills needs
• Foster agile way of working between business & tech function.
• Design an agile tech organization and project delivery according to best practices

- Chiết khấu ưu đãi dành cho CBNV khi mua căn hộ - thuộc các dòng sản phẩm của Công ty.
- Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo đúng quy định của pháp luật.
- Tiền lương: tương xứng với vị trí công việc và năng lực. Bậc lương được xác định dựa trên mức độ phức tạp và tầm quan trọng của từng vị trí trong mối tương quan với các vị trí khác trong công ty.
- Tăng lương: định kỳ hàng năm căn cứ vào nhu cầu, tính chất công việc, tình hình hoạt động, quản lý kinh doanh của Công ty và mức độ hoàn thành công việc của CBNV. Ngoài ra, CBNV có thành tích xuất sắc và những đóng góp tích cực có thể được Công ty nâng lương trước thời hạn.
- Chi thưởng: tiến hành thưởng quý đối với CBNV kinh doanh và thưởng năm đối với tất cả CBNV công ty. Quy định khen thưởng, tiêu chuẩn xét thưởng và mức thưởng sẽ được quy định cụ thể theo từng năm trên cơ sở kết quả hoạt động quản lý, kinh doanh của Công ty, Phòng ban/Đơn vị và mức độ hoàn thành công việc của từng CBNV.
Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- University degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering
- 15+ years of overall IT management experience
- 5+ years of specific management experience in one of following industries: commercial real estate industries/ retail industry/ property management and real estate development industry/ hospitality industry/ education industry.
- Track-record of successfully leading large IT transformations
- Deep technology expertise, specifically in Business and IT governance, IT Architecture, Cyber Security and Risk, IT sourcing
- Excellent leadership skills including ability to lead by influence across functions
- Hands-on mentality to plan and successfully drive forward implementation
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, excellent motivator and coach and strong networking and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
