- Prepare, review and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
- Propose the technical solution and selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet our customer's requirements
- Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist
- Highlight the positive impact of solutions to help them achieve customer’s business goals Business Development
- Be involved in pre-sale activities
- Review technical solution and estimated resources prepared by proposal team
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 4 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of business domain and software development and is in abreast with evolving technology capabilities
- 2 years’ experience in providing business solutions and/or pre-sales support, with Cloud expertise
- Understanding of any VoIP call-center/contact-center like Avaya, CISCO, Genesys is an advantage
- Possess in-depth knowledge of current technologies, tools, methodologies and industry trends in the country
- Strong verbal communication (including presentation) and written communication skills (in English)
- Certified in apropriate technologies is an added advantage
- Willing to travel whenever necessary
