We are looking for the Senior Front End Lead with strong leadership skills and proven experience in using Javascript tech stack, especially with ReactJS to be responsible for the client side of our platform delivery. The FE team primary focus will be to implement amazing user interfaces, using the latest technologies with a focus on performance and usability. You will work in an amazing and dynamic team of leading software engineers and SMEs in the industry.
Responsibilities
Leading, training and coaching the team of talented front end engineers to:
- Deliver a complete front end application
- Ensure high performance on mobile and desktop
- Write tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Coordinate the workflow between the product designer, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Cooperate with engineers in other teams in the process of building the RESTful API
- Communicate with external web services

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of practical experience working at the similar position
- Proficiency with JavaScript (ReactJS, Typescript, NPM, etc.) and HTML5, CSS3
- Professional, precise communication skills
- Deep knowledge of ReactJS practices and commonly used modules
- Extensive experience of:
- creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components;
- Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
- validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
- building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets;
- architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts;
- documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions
- writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
- creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
- writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
- Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate in English articulately and effectively
- Fluent Vietnamese or Japanese is a plus
- Candidates with experience working in the following domains: banking, finance, accounting, fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain are preferred
