- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP module (HR and Finance)
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Design, customize, configure and test business requirements
- Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Document functional and technical designs, test cases and results
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

- 6+ years of SAP experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in supporting full-cycle relevant SAP module (Finance and HR) OR experience in Key User of SAP Systems with proven experience/knowledge in SAP cycle implementations.
- Experience in integration points with other SAP modules
- Experience in end to end implementation of SAP module
- Understanding of business processes in the relevant module
- Experience in design, configuration, and testing of SAP functions
- Fluent English
- Good time management and communication skills including the ability to explain technical -concepts to non-technical employees
- Good at problem solving skills and working in cross functions.
