We’re looking for a Team leader to join our software development team. You will lead a growing team and will support leroy merlin vietnam Business. You will be creating features and new systems for our ecommerce, apps, erp. This is a hands on position that would require code and coach as well. Main duties are:
- To build, maintain and lead the development team
- To provide solutions for business needs
- To code, document, maintain and test features
- Be a T-Shape member as part of an agile development team
- To collaborate on the architecture and maintenance of our ecosystem
- To be willing to share knowledge with your colleagues

Your Skills and Experience
We want to build a startup in Vietnam. There is no time for politics and there is no time for perfection. We look for someone that wants to get the job done. You must focus on the right thing, at the right time, sometimes increasing technical debt or sometimes decreasing. As leader you will lead by example and shape your team members by example.
- Agile mindset and willing to keep learning
- 5 Years of experience with PHP
- 1 Year of experience experience on cloud
- 1 Year leading a team of developers
- Experience on: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Redis, Varnish, Magento, Laravel or symphony
- Nice to have: Python, Ruby, React (would be considered an advantage)
- Humble and friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems
- Entrepreneurial spirit : creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
- Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
- Ability to communicate in English
