General Tasks as Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++):
• Analyze requirements, design and develop embedded software/test suites.
• Research new technology, new method and be a pioneer in embedded Software
• Propose solutions for automotive application logic control.
• Develop and execute unit and functional tests.
• Document design, design changes and updates.
• Co-ordinate team activities, and handle day-to-day work efficiently and independently.
• Mentor junior members (for senior and above positions)
• Planning and tracking tasks
• Solve technical problems/queries
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries.

As Embedded Software Developer, your main responsibilities will be:
• Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements
• Low and high level design for software modules
• Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems
• Debugging
• Tasks effort estimation
• Plan and perform software review
As Embedded Software Test Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
• Develop test cases using defined test methods, create high level test designs and test specifications
• Select relevancy of test case for regression testing.
• Execute test cases, document results and report problems
• Tasks effort estimation
• Set up review of test specifications.
• Develop test automation.
As Embedded System Test Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
• Input Work products provided
• System Requirement specification
• Software released
• Test request with Clear Quest action
• Activities to be performed:
• Check Task Establishment
• System Requirement analysis and clarification
• Create and develop high-level test design and test specifications with Testing techniques
• Automation testing, test execution, result documentation and report problems
• PDC review and Delivery preparation
• Output Work products to be Created by external associate
• System Test Report
• Vector OpenTest/Vtest Studio Test Design and CANoe Scripts
• Test Specification’
• Defect CQA creation (for defect detected]

• Major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
• 0-9 years of experience in Embedded Software Engineering for Automotive field, could be as Development or Test roll)
• Know-how: Programming knowledge in hardware-related software in embedded systems (C,C ++, Matlab / Simulink, PLC, HMI tools etc.)
• Good C/C++ programming and scripting language.
• Good knowledge of Microcontroller / Microprocessor and Embedded System
• Languages: very good spoken and written English skills
• Automotive communication protocols know-how e.g. CAN/LIN/Flexray/Ethernet and AUTOSAR architecture will be added advantages
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle
• Exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment.
• Exposure to Real Time Operating System (RTOS)
• Enthusiasm: Enjoyment of technical challenges and complex processes in the automotive environment
• Working method: analytical, innovative and methodical
• Automotive domain knowledge preferred.
