To help us realize this vision, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
In this position you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules within company’s goals and vision.
- Create a detailed work plan with objectives & key results, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and target achievements.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices
- Proactively monitors and troubleshoots bugs and performance issues.
- Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Have 5+ years’ experience in projects management
- Have excellent command of English
- Knowledge with one of programming technical languages such as Java, .Net, PHP and others
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Have executive level of interpersonal, project management, writing, communication and problem solving skills
- Requires strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Have ability to think and act strategically around process and efficiency
- Have experience with Jira or similar project management software.
- Be passionate for joining startups, entrepreneurship and technology.
