OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB
You will bring product value to billions of users in the world by leading a talent tech team (both frontend & backend) to overcome a lot of technical challenges such as HTML5 game supported framework, Music Streaming Processing, infrastructure/architecture for social & multiplayer features, Recommendation system (AI/ML)...etc
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Directly work with and report to the BO (Business Owner) for:
- Build and develop long-term tech strategies/solutions for the product
- Support the BO & other stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Business Development) to make strategic/tactic decisions with technical voice
Directly work with Technical team for:
- Lead team to develop technical aspects of the product strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Supervise system infrastructure/architecture to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development methodologies & best practices
- Manage technical budget
- Build & develop a talent tech team (both front-end & backend)

Your Skills and Experience
QUALIFICATION
Working experience:
- Years of experiences: At least 3 years proven experiences as Technical Lead/Manager
- Other highlights: A showcase of at least 01 successful project (B2C)
SKILLS
- Technical skills requirement:
- Deeply understand software development methodologies: Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban/ Lean...etc
- Experience in building backend infrastructure/architecture (with high volume user, stability, scalability on cloud platform)
- Experience with HTML5 supported framework/engine is a plus
- Experience with mobile music streaming app is preferred
- Experience in building and applying AI/ Machine learning for prediction or recommendation system is preferred
- Strong R&D technical skills
- Soft skills requirement:
- High level of strategic thinking & critical thinking
- Excellent in leadership & management skills
- Others:
- Experiences in Game/Mobile App industry is a plus
- Outstanding Product/ Business mindset
- Great in communication skills
- At least 3 years of Agile/ Scrum/ Lean Software Development Methodologies.
