Project management
•To help CRM Credit Card Manager to develop and implement all Credit Card projects across company on time and within dedicated budget
•To perform Project Implementation Review after 6 months of implemented
Credit cards monitoring
•To drive direct credit cards product sales, usage, retention, … to meet approved goals
•To bring new changes to credit card system in order to accommodate new business change.
•To work with 3rd parties for new project/ system changes.
Processes
•Continuously work on improvement of existing CRM/ Credit Card CRM processes and establish new ones as the portfolio of clients and products will grow
3rd party products
•Assist CRM Credit Card Manager to design and roll-out of 3rd party products sales & activities
Reporting & Control
•Daily monitoring report of sales & customer behaviors to make sure performance as of expectation
•Other tasks from direct manager

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
•Experience in IT BA position for approximately 4 years.
•Experience in banking & finance industry is a big plus.
•Experience with project management – proven experience with planning and executing cross functional projects (at least 1 projects)
•Good presentation skills
•Good knowledge of credit products
•Good verbal and written English language
•Strong negotiation skill
•Practical experience with SQL databases
•Practical experience with software development methodologies
•Experience with planning of testing scope and writing of test scenarios
•Experience in Agile environment for 2 years is a plus.
•Experience with mobile application is a plus.
