What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with a passion for building on-demand consumer products to help bring amazing technology to the palms of tens of thousands of truckers across Vietnam. As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead a full-stack engineering team (business, design, engineering, data science and QA) to launch initiatives that help improve our product mission in an agile product development environment. The role will include:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify important product needs
- Developing an execution plan with extreme focus on achieving the company’s goals
- Running a full-stack Agile product team through standard ceremonies: Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review & Retrospectives
- Producing regular, clear reports to update stakeholders or project status
- Balancing new feature development and bug fixing to ensure regularly scheduled releases are delivered on schedule
- 360 degree management of projects from start to finish,
- Co-ordinate project requirements with Sales, Operations, Legal and Risk department and other departments as necessary
- Creating technical specification for the projects and products,
- Quality management of the project and its deliverables

Essential skills and experience:
- Strong project management experience and track records
- Proficient technical understanding
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is preferred
- Deep understanding of Agile processes and principles for continuous delivery
- Excellent communication skills
- English and Vietnamese language to a professional standard
