Roles and Responsibilities of the project manager encompasses following activities:
- Being a head of a team toward our next generation of B2B E-commerce and Logistics Platform
- Planning and Defining Scope of project
- Resource Planning and divide the tasks to designers
- Developing Schedules and make sure all tasks are ON schedule
- Write Documentation Specific of the project
- Managing Risks and Issues. Delivery projects on time.
- Monitoring and Reporting Progress
- Team Leadership, Strategic Influencing, Business Partnering
- Managing a Vietnam Design Team and Working with USA

Your Skills and Experience
**MUST HAVE: 3-5 years PHP/MySQL DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
**MUST HAVE: 3-5 years PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
- Experience in managing team (at least 6 members) as a leader or manager in at least 1 year
- English level: must able to communicate with foreigner. Fluently on speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing.
- Hard work, willing to work overtime to get the task done as soon as possible.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stacks is a plus.
- Project Manager Required Technical Skills: OOP, PHP 5, MySQL, SVN Version Control, MVC Structure Experience, Javascript, Database, CRM.
