* Job description:
Support customers in problem analysis and trouble shooting of Microsoft CRM application:
- Receive requests from world-wide customers via emails, request management systems and phone calls.
- Resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system.
- Most customers come from USA, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc...

* Working time:
For Global Helpdesk:
- Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
- Work in rotation of 3 shifts and in accordance with the company: Shift 1: 7 am - 3 pm, Shift 2: 3 pm - 10 pm and Shift 3: 10 pm - 7 am.
For Business Analysis/ Supporter: Negotiated


* Benefits:
- Basic salary: negotiated.
- Salary review is every 6 months; the increase will depend on the working performance.
- An additional allowance of VND250,000/shift when working shift 3 (10 pm - 7 am).
- Other allowances: parking fee of your motorbike, necessities are available (milk, cake, tea, coffee, etc) to ensure health at work.
- Annual vacation and social welfare in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
- Opportunity to improve English very well, most of using English in communication.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Requirements:
- Good English; ability to communicate directly with customers.
- Ability to analyze, logical thinking.
- Skillful in using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Priority:
- Knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and in the field of Shipping & Logistic is an advantage.
- 2-3 years of Customer Service
- Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.
- Ability to work long-term.
