- Design and implement robust and scalable software components in Python/Java/Scala
- Design and implement REST-based APIs and microservices
- Develop reusable software components, write unit tests, automate test suites, perform code reviews
- Solve complex problems and deliver reliable components and services on schedule
- Work with PM and Data Scientists to understand end-user requirements and support data pipeline development

Your Skills and Experience
Must-have:
- 3+ year’s experience with design & implementation of complex distributed systems
- 1+ year’s experience with Big Data engineering
- 1+ year’s experience with REST API engineering
- Programming language(s): Python, Java, Scala
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with AWS, microservices
- Experience with BigData frameworks such as: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
- Experience with NoSQL: Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, etc.
- Having knowledge of DevOps/System is prefer
