Why We Are Looking For You

We are looking for a savvy SaaS marketing manager who can work directly with high-level staff to develop and execute Seal Commerce’s growth marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager you are our marketing ninja, you know what to tell the world about our software products and solutions to have the maximum impact. You work closely with our Founders and our engineering & product teams to translate complex technical concepts and features of our software products into inspiring product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners worldwide.
- Strategic thinking to plan and execute Growth Hacking strategies
- Manage Social Media campaigns, Email Marketing Campaigns, Content Marketing Strategies, Automation Marketing Execution
- Work closely with our talented product management team to translate market trends and customer needs into product requirements and product roadmap priorities
- Work with our marketing executives and business development team to craft and review marketing content and run dedicated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our positioning in the global merchants market.

- Working time: 8:30 AM - 12:30 AM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday morning. 

Requirements
- Data-driven background with an obsession for tracking and measuring campaigns
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing tools (Social Media Ads, MailChimp, Customer.io or similar platforms, Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc)
- Knowledge & experience with Growth Hacking for a tech product
- Solid knowledge & skills in AB Testing, User Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge with analytics tools (as Google Analytics, Hotjar, FullStory, etc).
- UX Design Knowledge & Graphic Design common sense
- Strong content strategy experience (designing, implementing, measuring) at a fast-paced SaaS company. Ability to create & refine new messaging to better attract different personas
- Experience with developing SaaS brand on social media with an understanding of leveraging social media channels to rapidly develop new messaging & content
- Solid knowledge & skills in Branding, PR & Community Development
- Team Management & Solid Strategic Thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
- Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
- Experienced with eCommerce platforms as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc, is a plus.
