The CRM/LOS Project Director oversees bank-wide initiatives investing in CRM/LOS platform for retail and corporate customers in order to manage customer relationships, customer needs, customer feedback, and sales performance efficiently and effectively. The role requires to have not only discipline, attention to details (in planning and issue /risk management), project management capabilities, but also business acumen, stakeholder management, influencing skills and a desire to deliver true values. The CRM/LOS Project Director assures the project delivered as on schedule to meet the business requirement and align with bank development strategy.
- Lead the CRM/LOS Technology team, focused on partnering with Technology and Operations, and Business partners on new business initiatives and building cutting edge products. Build the team by engaging, growing and hiring world-class technology engineering talent.
- Partner with Architecture and Platform Technology functions to shape the Bank’s next generation CRM/LOS Architecture. Act as a key stakeholder in the delivery of the CRM/LOS Technology roadmap.
- Manage the software development lifecycle. Apply modern Agile best practices. Become the champion for Agile best practices in the Bank.
- Responsible for the overall management of the CRM/LOS Technology group, platforms and applications, including budget and financial control, resource management, risk management, production services management.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
Domain Expertise
- At least 15 years’ experience in developing Enterprise and Internet scale software platforms/products and building and leading sizeable (100+) software development teams.
- Relevant experience in leading development team related to CRM/LOS Retail/Wealth banking technology and Process Re-engineering.
- Ideal background in Financial Services, but can come from different backgrounds as well (e-Commerce Technology etc)
- CRM /LOS and System Integration. MS Dynamics CRM/LOS is a plus.
Agile/Digital Experience
- Strong technology product and software development process skills. Has run Agile teams and Agile projects at scale.
Individual Skills & Competencies
- Passionate about Technology. A curious mind and keen learner. Stays abreast of latest Technology developments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
