- Being responsible for project planning.
- Work with project leaders to manage development and other deliveries to defined plan.
- Support Team Leader for Team building: recruitment, training, coaching & mentoring members
- Support Team Leader in monitoring projects and Team members KPI.
- Make generate reports and communicate with local managements and head quarter.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop project plans, negotiate, and prioritize schedules/timeline that match Business Users’ requirements, timeline constraints, scope and company’s goals
- Coordinate with various Business Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Teams, Business Users and Vendors during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Perform change/ risk/ conflict management throughout entire execution
- Communicate proactively with all involved stakeholders to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Instruct and ensure unified and simple-to-be-followed project methodology applicable across the project.
- Improve planning process by learning from experience; set up regular sharing workshops to develop IT/business knowledge of application Project and Time Tracking management methodologies.

Your Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System
- 5+ years working experience in IT function with at least 3 years in management role.
- Hands-on experience with Git, TFS.
- Excellent knowledge of technical project management, information analysis and of software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage people and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good time management, able to work under high pressure and “can do” & teamwork attitude
- Fluent in English.
