- Be responsible for software quality assurance and testing in all testing environments as well as the Production environment
- Analyze customer requirements, software requirements, design requirements to determine the test requirements of the project
- Create test cases/specs (test conditions, test scripts, actions, input data and expected results)
- Review, test products before delivering to customers.
- Product Testing on multiple platforms: Android, iOS, WebApp, API
- Carry out tests based on test cases and assess the status of test cases (Success or Error).
- Log found errors and prepare the report (test report)
- Update testing documents (test plans, test cases ...) following the changing of requirements
- Ensure that the given test cases are executed efficiently, accurately and completed in a timely manner
- Assist in day to day monitoring of bugs. Finds and reports common issues among bugs.
- Collaborate with dev and product team to provide feedback and guidance to setting the test strategies.
- Collaborate with dev team to release on time and do UAT.
- Write issues/bug report on each case with detailed information
- Update test execution status and investigate problems in software as a result of testing

Your Skills and Experience
- 2+ year of software testing.
- Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Experienced in mobile and web apps testing and troubleshoot.
- Having knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Familiarization with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Basic of experience in automation testing is a plus.
- Automation test is a plus: Jmeter, Selenium, SoapUI,...
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- Comfortable and interested in working in a small, young and high-growth Start-up environment.
