● Manage developers/QA to accomplish project’s goals and objectives
● Support developers/QA to find technical solutions.
● Review technical solution/code (PRs)
● Exchange technical details/knowledge with clients via verbal/written communications in English

Your Skills and Experience
● At least 3 years of experience in technical leader role
● At least 3 years of experience in fullstack developer role
● Qualifications: A Bachelor degree, preferably in a computer-related field.
● Experience with modern Web UI frameworks (e.g., React, ES6+) on large, complex applications using JavaScript.
● Proficient at one following server-side languages/technologies : NodeJS, Python, Golang...
● Excellent leadership skills to guide the project team & maintain team spirit through the phases of multiple-scale projects based on multiple technology platforms
● Good at verbal & written communication using both English/Vietnamese
● Good problem solving, negotiation, analytical & well-organized skills
● Be punctual, committed & trustable person
● Good communication & interpersonal skills
● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
