Seal is looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our fast-paced, hungry team working to bring the power of well-designed and easy-to-use SaaS products to thousands of customer around the world.
Senior UI Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Design the user interface to be friendly, accessible and consistent with strategic products
- Collaborate with a team of experienced product developers, marketers and designers to ensure a consistent user experience across complex workflows being worked on individually by many small, fast-moving, cross-functional teams
- Facilitate user research, in collaboration with the team, to validate prototypes and conduct ongoing usability testing of the working software to solve the pain points of users

Your Skills and Experience
- High fluency in using the popular design toolkit (Figma, Sketch, XD, Illustrator, etc)
- Strong technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience
- A cutting-edge portfolio of software design that demonstrates outstanding interaction design skills across multiple devices as well as a thorough understanding of graphic design, page layout, and typography.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive web design, with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies
- Strong user research skill is a plus
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude
