Job description:
- Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas;
- Develop project plans and schedules within company’s goals and vision;
- Create a detailed work plan with objectives & key results, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project;
- Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way;
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules;
- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and target achievements;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices;
- Proactively monitors and troubleshoots bugs and performance issues;
- Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.

Your Skills and Experience
- Have 3+ years’ experience in projects management;
- Have excellent command of English;
- Knowledge with one of programming technical languages such as Nodejs, Java, .Net, PHP and others;
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc;
- Have executive level of interpersonal, project management, writing, communication and problem solving skills;
- Requires strong time-management and prioritization skills;
- Have ability to think and act strategically around process and efficiency;
- Have experience with Jira or similar project management software;
- Be passionate for joining startups, entrepreneurship and technology.
