- Take lead building scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Take lead building high-volume service APIs.
- Take ownership of technical design and development of projects.
- Lead and mentor junior, mid-level, and senior developers.
- Implement software engineering best practices.
- Conduct Design and code reviews to ensure code adheres to development standards.
- Assist with hiring and interviewing team members.
- Work closely with the management team.
- Work in an agile software development environment.

Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience building software in enterprise/commercial environments, including systems and application design, code development and testing
- 3+ years experience with React stack (ReactJS, Redux, State Management, Functional Programming)
- 3+ years experience and knowledge of APIs.
- 3+ years experience building and managing teams.
- Experience managing eCommerce related projects.
- Experience managing APIs, frontend and backend projects.
- Experience working on databases and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, must be able speak English proficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills,
- Excellent understanding of caching technologies
- Experience with Magento eCommerce is preferred
