Ascend Technology (current size: around 100 members) belongs to Ascend Group and CP Group, one of the biggest groups in ThaiLand in the financial online payment platform. With the aim to be the Technical center of the group to build the core platform of TrueMoney products. We are now one of the largest financial life platforms in Southeast Asia, growing from just 1 market to 6 markets in a span of 2 years. Your Skills and Experience
What you will do
QA Team management:
- Manage QA Teams from design to deliver customization on Equator, Orbit and Eagle Platform
- Define the implementation of Continuous Integration, and ensure all deliveries are conformed to them
- Define non-functional requirements and ensure all delivered solutions are conformed to them
- Ensure the architecture of the solutions are conformed to user requirements and non-functional requirements and are also designed for security, scalability, and resiliency
- Assist on finding the root cause of the production problems, and ensure the proper fixes are implemented
- Define an appropriate process to adopt the new process and the new technology
- Define, assess, and continuously improve team member skill in both technical skill and soft skill
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Math preferred.
- At least 5-Year hand on experience in Software Quality Assurance field
- Experience in Software QA Automation, such as Robot Framework
- Experience in Software QA tools, such as Appium, Postman, JMeter, etc
- Experience working with CI/CD platforms and an appreciation for the build process
- Experience in Database skills in SQL and NoSQL
- Good project management, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitasking and work under pressure
- Must have directly managed 10+ QA staff under organization in previous role and be QA Manager at least 3 years
- Good at English communication and presentation skill
- Experienced in Scrum process and proficiency in JIRA
